Once the designs and project details are finalised we use the latest 3D modelling software to produce highly detailed technical drawings. The drawings are sent to our large scale manufacturing facilities across the East Midlands, UK, where we use a wide variety of different materials to create high-quality one-off prototypes or for mass production. When manufacturing we take into consideration both environmental and ethical standards (it is our pride to receive the POPAI Sustainability Standard Accreditation).
Project management takes many forms and this is where we shine and are slightly different from traditional design and display companies. At Solutions, we take on large projects such as New Store Development programmes, which typically include managing client financial budgets. We also work with small business objectives such as sourcing products on our client’s behalf.
One of our unique selling points is we have the facility to create mock-up shops for both a small section of the retail environment, up to an entire store. (Size limitations may apply). This allows our client to fully comprehend the reality of their vision. We have facilitated many open evenings and workshops on behalf of our clients. This has proven very effective and influential in helping clients make a final decision for future developments.
Solutions Diverse has developed its business portfolio in additional unique directions over the last 10 years. Our meeting room is great for presentations, project pitches and training. We can also facilitate hot and cold beverage service, projection equipment and other services to ensure we have everything our clients and guest need for a successful meeting. By generating an in-house mock shops provides a complete visual and physicals guide to every detail for a store. It shows how to improve merchandise layout and provide real-time instructions to all shop floor staff. The 3000 Sq.ft space has modular walls that are interchangeable and versatile. With high ceilings and a series of different light fixtures was can change the feel and presentation of the room to help our clients understand the importance of atmosphere.
We handle storage and distribution for any high street retailers and clients who have small number of pallets. Whatever the requirements we will provide comprehensive service to existing and new clients. We offer dedicated pallet spaces along with our picking & packing expertise and cargo handling and unloading. Our experience for large scale rollout and assembly work is second to none with many of our employees having served well over 10 years or more. Their knowledge of the industry and what make us a valued partner for our clients.
We operate out of 80,000 Sq. ft of warehouse space split across 2 main sites. Site 1, Goods in and storage and Site 2 managing our project assembly and despatch. Our transport team use a stage by stage system provides our customers with up to date delivery. With our project management team working on site, our logistics services are designed to work closely with our customers to deal with day to day processes to ensure that we retain control throughout our operations. We want to guarantee we deliver great service for our client’s needs, so we are capable of planning the most cost effect solutions for their businesses structure.
2018 saw the warehouse and project team embark on a 450-estate wide store overhaul for Everything Everywhere – the team’s managed 12 full store refits per week spanning 9 months. All store furniture, fixtures and fittings were picked line by line managing site specific store plan’s and design constantly striving for 100% pick and pack success – we believe in a ‘right first time’ approach. The day to day operation of the warehouse manages client replenishment services picking and despatching over 250+ parcels daily – at peak closer to 1000 packages per day.
All work is carried out by fully trained personnel knowledgeable and compliant with all current Health and Safety requirements, as well as relative craftsmanship skills to carry out the required work.

The best thing in the world is working with community-based services supplied by people who are proud of being at the heart of their – and our – community.
By using a new Talbott’s 150Kw wood burner in our warehouse instead of the old oil-fired system, we’re now burning only sustainable fuel. By working together with the Carbon Trust, we figured out how to become carbon neutral, and what that would mean for our business. By taking their advice, we reduced our overheads and our impact on our environment, and we’re still reaping the benefits. And we will continue as we go into the future.
We ensure careful maintenance of our delivery fleet so that each vehicle lasts longer. Instead of buying or replacing, we repair first. We buy used products wherever it is viable, because already used products are already out there in the world; they’re easier to find, less costly, and if they’re serviceable, they’re sustainable. Everything we do is geared to sustainability.
Also, we are now introducing a fleet of electrical vehicles with our own on site electric charging infrastructure, which provides lower running costs, better for the environment and is simpler to repair.
